FBackup 4.1 build 137 was released. This new build contains several fixes, update is optional.
What's changed in FBackup 4.1.137:

Update: The "Prepare files list" operation was optimized so the backup time reduced
Update: Test operation is now faster for large files
Update: Italian and Spanish languages were updated

Another minor build was released, 4.1.139, but this only contains a small fix, so update is optional:

Fixed volume shadow copy service issues for jobs using plugins
