Hi,
For MS SQL: you need to stop the MS SQL server before the backup, run the backup and after that start the MS SQL Server.
For MS Exchange server: you cannot back up individual mail boxes. If a file was modified the entire file will be backed up again.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,
To back up MS SQL Server data, you should try Backup4all (our commercial product).

Here is an article about that: http://www.backup4all.com/kb/backup-ms- ... a-120.html
You cannot back up individual mailboxes as FBackup does not make backups inside a file. If a file was modified, the entire file will be backed up.
