Hi,

Please make sure the antivirus/firewall does not block Backup4all and no other application is using port 8888.
What version of Backup4all do you have?
Are the credentials correct?

I used 7.1 Build 313. I has stopped Firewall anh open port 8888. I open all port. So i cant Google Drive, but i can'n connect account OneDrive

Please download the latest version 7.3.403 and try again. Microsoft changed some settings for OneDrive and the latest version includes them.

Is that a predefined OneDrive account in File->Options?
Do you have the same problem if you authenticate again when asked? Does the backup works?

same issue. then I cleared my cache, used ivacy vpn then tried it and it worked. i can't seem to pin point the cause, just that this hack works.
