cant take backup for open PST

On my desktop. I can't backup my Outlook.pst file while Outlook is open. If I close it. It works fine.

Hi,
Backing up open files has the following limitations: It works

- only on Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 2008

- only for users with administrator access rights to copy open files

- only on local hard drives

- only on NTFS formatted partitions

- only if the VSS (Volume Shadow Service) is running and it is properly configured

I meet the requirements above and when i run the job its successful BUT the pst's have no data! Not sure what the problem is. Please HELP!

Please send me the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log, to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
