Hi,
So I'm a tech support for a company that uses FBackup for their backups. The backups run daily at noon. One of our users averages about 16 warnings a run, for skipped files. This usually isn't a big problem because 9 times out of 10 the skipped files are temporary files. However, they don't always get the warnings. I was wondering what might cause the program to skip the files sometimes, but not every time.
Also, we've checked to see if the files belong to programs that are running, (the warning always says that the skipped file was in use), and quite often they are. Thing is, that can't be the only reason, because today the user had multiple programs open and had zero warnings.
