Hi,
I meant FBackup, I also corrected the post.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

I have attempted to activate the task scheduler with the corrected instructions given last week.
Proceeding with the guidance given in the attached link, I have managed to get as far as step 5 of 8 shown steps. Step 5 indicates "start the program".
Doing this manually, I found the following:
-program files>fbackup>fbackup settings

-program files (x86)>softland>fbackup4
a search for fbackup on the HDD search engine retrieved the following (not including those likely not important)
folder: c\appdata\roaming\softland

folder: c\program data\start menu\programs

folder: c\program files
file: fbackup.64-png

file: c\roaming\softland\fbackup\configuration settings

file: fbackup png

file: fbackup.hst

file: c/roaming\softland\fbackup txt

file: c/program files (x86)\softland\fbackup4 chw

file: c/program files (x86)\fbackup4\application

file: c/program files (x86)\fbackup4\ manifest
Kindly inform me which of the file(s) or folder(s) above I need to indicate in the procedure, so I can get from step 5 ("start the program") to step 8 & attempt to use the task scheduler.

I searched on my HDD for "fbasched.exe" .I retrieved the following:
fbaschedstarter--c\program files (x86)\softland\fbackup4 application
fbasched--c\program files (x86)\softland\fbackup4 application
FBASCHEDSTARTEREXE (other details here I have not included) C:\windows\prefetch

pf file
Please confirm which of these I should manually enter into the program selection of the windows 7 task scheduler set up procedure.

Hi,
I just told you in the previous reply. It seems you use an application which does not show you the file extensions. The file is "fbaSched.exe"

May I repeat?
I have done exactly as you have asked me to do.
I did 2 kinds of search: fbaSched.exe and "fbaSched.exe"
I have searched for fbaSched.exe 2 times--the in-built search engine in my Windows 7 OS had this result:

search 1
fbaschedstarter
fbasched
FBASCHEDSTARTEREXE

search 2
fbackup (application)
fbackup.exe.manifest (a manifest type file)

search 3
When I search like this - "fbaSched.exe" - I get these items:
fbackup (application)
fbackup.exe.manifest (a manifest type file)
Would you kindly confirm for me which of these 7 items I should write into the task scheduler set up procedure?
Thank you.
