I'm a new user and just did a back-up. I plan on doing it every month. Before I back-up next time, is it better to delete the old back-up? Thanks.

Hi,

There is no need to manually delete the backup files.

If you used the Full backup type, the old backup will be automatically overwritten when you run the next backup.
If you used the Mirror backup type, the old backup will be updated with new and modified files.
