Brand new to Fbackup on my old Vista PC.
Seems to work fine and I think I will like it better than Cobian and other programs I have tried.
I notice that even when I exit Fbackup the icon remains in the lower right taskbar. Is that something that has to be there or is there some way for it not to show?
My preference is just to open and use Fbackup manually.
Thanks for the help.
does Fbackup have to be in task bar?

Hi,
In order to hide that icon, please go to File->Options->Startup, and uncheck the "Show tray icon".
