I'm trying to load FBackup on a Windows 7 PC for the 1st time. Been using on XP with just Plugins until now.
Most of the major folders, such as My Music, etc, are inside a folder with the User Acct name, let's just say "Bob". The pathway to the Bob folder is C\Users\Bob.
I created a backup job selecting the folder named Bob. But it's saving the entire pathway, starting with C.
So when I open the Destination Drive, all the appropriate Plugin names are there, but instead of a Folder named Bob, there is just a folder named C.
I tried unchecking "create full pathways" in the Mirror property, but it didn't change anything.
Is there some way to have the Destination Drive display only the folder named Bob, without having to open a series of folders in the pathway to get to the Bob Folder?
Hope this makes sense.

Thanks...

Hi,
Yes, there is a solution for that.

Please open Backup Properties->Mirror.

Uncheck the "Create full paths" option and press Save.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
