Hi,
FBackup can correctly back up files having names in a different language than English only if you set the language for non-Unicode programs.
To set the language for non-Unicode programs, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options->Advanced tab
2. In the Language for non-Unicode programs section, select the necessary language to match the characters of the files names, in order to be correctly backed up.
3. Restart the computer and run again the backup.
