Fbackup of Outlook Express cancelled (Duplicates not allowed)

Hello,
could anybody help me please?

I tried to make a copy of Outlook Express files by FBackup.

But it crasched with error:

Backup cancelled. Reason: Duplicates not allowed.
Part of logfile (mainly in Czech lang.) of the last backup is:

Hi,
What version of FBackup do you use?

If you have the latest version 4.5.243, please follow these steps:

1. Change the language interface to English

2. Run the backup

3. Send us the last backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

As I told you in the previous post, please download the latest version of FBackup 4.5.243.

Let us know if you still have the problem.

Hello,
I have found FBackup v. 4.5 Build 241 on the site which you recommended me.

I tried to make a backup after itÂ´s installation and set up to English interface,

but backup finisched without success again.

My idea is:

havenÂ´t I got some problems with access rights to successfully created "shadow copy"?
