Hello,
I try to mirror my local disk to a rotating set of external harddisks. This scenario fails as fBackup relies on the local .fkc file. I would prefer an option to rely on the actual files on the target. Or, an option to first rebuild the local .fkc file based on the files on the target.
Force rebuild .fkc file

Hi,
I refer to the "Use local catalogs" option from Advanced page under Backup Properties.
The backup catalog is stored in two locations: in backup destination and in the local catalogs folder.
If you want to use a rotation scheme backup set, you need to disable that option, which can be done only in Backup4all.
If you have any other questions about that, please contact us.
