I ran the initial mirror backup and several automatic daily incremental backups ran as expected on successive days. My laptop was powered off for a few days, so after start up, I clicked the Backup button expecting an incremental backup to run, but a full backup ran instead. What can I do to prevent this?

Hi,
In FBackup there are 2 types of backup: full and mirror, there is no incremental.

Please send me the following files to info[at]fbackup[dot]com:

- the last backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log

- the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination.

Thanks for your reply. Before I email the files you requested, I may need to clarify what I meant by incremental. (I may be using the term incorrectly). I meant that I expected only new and changed files to be backed up after the initial full mirror backup. Does that change your understanding of the problem? Should I still send the requested files or any others?

Hi,
Please send me the files. I still need them, in order to see what the problem is.
