Hidden file 'exclude' ?

Postby svanetempest » Mon Nov 12, 2018 5:27 pm

FBackup is a brilliant piece of software, but I am wondering if there is any way to exclude hidden files as an option?
Backing up my music, it looks like MS has put a huge number of hidden files in the individual album folders (mainly many variants of jpg files).
The same also happens on other document folders to a degree. Also there are some hidden entries such as .849C9593-D756-4E56-8D6E-42412F2A707B
Is there any way (without knowing the filenames or extensions) to exclude these hidden files on specific backup sets?
I am using the mirror copy option in all cases.

Unfortunately you cannot exclude hidden files with FBackup. Such an option is available only in our commercial edition: Backup4all https://www.backup4all.com.
