Right now I'm trying to get fbackup to stay in system tray when i close it or minimize it. unfortunately when i hit the 'x' button or the '-' button on the top right of the program it'll completely close fbackup or keep it both in system tray and task-bar respectively.

I feel i should add that there is the 'admin privilege needed' icon on the button right of the desktop icon.. the one that looks like a windows shield. So every time i want to open up the program i have to give permission although I'm logged in as admin already. I usually only have to do that when installing programs so i find this strange.

I'm running win7 x64, hope someone can clear up my concerns.

sorry about the bad english.

Hi,
We never had such problems with FBackup. What version do you use?

To avoid Windows asking you every time about permissions, you need to disable the UAC.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
