Hi,
In Destination > Removable, what does the "Lock the destination to this removable drive" checkbox do?
Thanks!

Hi,
If you use that option and another drive letter is assigned by Windows to your removable drive, FBackup will automatically recognize that drive as the correct backup destination.

Hi,
I have three hot-swap drives that I rotate weekly for backups. I plan to have a separate backup job for each destination drive so that each drive always has all of the files from the source drive.
Will this option help in my situation? It's not necessary; more of a luxury I think.
How does this option work? Does FBackup look at the .fkc file on the destination drive?
Thanks!

Hi,
That option will help you if you use a different job for each drive.

FBackup will look at the destination device id.
