Having upgraded to the latest version (4.8) I have lost the Outlook Express Plugin.

Tried to find and download lost plugin in Tools/Plugins but OE plugin is not on the list

Hi,
Can you find it in the FBackup installation folder under plugins subfolder?

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,
The installation folder is located by default on C drive in "Program Files" or "Program Files(x86)" folder, under "Softland" subfolder.

Thanks. Yes, the OE plugin is present in the Plugins folder, but doesn't appear in the list of plugins when I set up a backup job and attempt to scroll down the list of plugins. I only see plugins for My Docs and My Pictures.

Hi,
Please go to Tools->Plugins->Add

Select the plugin you need and add it to the list.

After that, please try again to create a new backup job.
