Hi,
Please send us the ID and password from TeamViewer to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi, I would like to add that my FBackup is also not running while the user is logged off (at least on win 7 32-bit pro boxes). I am using the Windows Scheduler correctly.
It just looks like it missed the backups and will run during the next scheduled time.
It would really help out if i could have all my machines backup while offline!
Thanks!

Hi,
Do you use a Windows login password?

Yes, I used 'set password' to set it, and my network share password is also set correctly.
I set it to use the Windows Scheduler as well instead of the built in one as advised.

Hi,
What version of FBackup do you use?

Please make sure you have version 4.6.253 as there was a fix in the scheduler module.

Try to recreate the scheduler.

Do you still have the problem?
