Server 2012R2 Scheduler not showing in FBackup
Server 2012R2 Scheduler not showing in FBackup
If creating a schedule in FBackup using the option (Run whether user is logged on or not) using a different username than what is currently logged in, the schedule disappears after clicking finish. The schedule is in Windows Task Scheduler however but it does not run even though it says it is running without issues. The run is not reflected in the FBackup software under last backup. Reinstalled and deleted the backup all together with no resolve.

Hi,
If you are not using an administrator account, you cannot see the tasks created under another user account.
In order to see why those tasks did not ran, please create a task to open another application, from Control Panel->Task scheduler, using the other account.
Does it run?

Both accounts are admin. Actually one is Administrator and the other is a copy of it. The tasks don't show in fbackup, but does show in Windows task scheduler. This was not an issue until the update to 5.4. What I would do is at all locations setup fbackup under the admin account so the client can view the status of the backup using his or her credentials. But I would configure it with secondary account so that if they locked their own account or any other issues it wouldn't affect the backup.

Hi,
In the scheduler options from Backup Properties->Scheduler, you can set the task to run whether the user is logged on or not, it does not affect if the account is locked.
