shut down action fails after backup

I have configured the action after back-up to "shut-down", but the computer does not shut down. I have a Windows 7 machine

Do you have the latest version of FBackup 4.7.270?

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Hi,
Do you use an administrator account?

Is there any error message shown?

Can you see any error in Event Viewer? To open it, go to Start button and type Event Viewer
