Hello There,

I am new to FBackup, I have been running for about 2 weeks to an external drive. At first the back ups only took 20-30 mins. Now they are taking 2 hrs plus.

Can you advise me on how I can reduce the tine, this does include test time after the backup.
Ian.

Hi,
How many files were in the backup at the beginning and how many files are now?

Please send us the log file from View->Job Logs->Last backup log

to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Thanks Admin,
File has been emailed as requested. The files have not increased greatly as I have not stored any significant documents or data. The only increase could be email volumes, which may have increased by 20-30 mails per day.

Hi,
If there is not significant number of new files, please make sure the antivirus does not scan the files during the backup, causing the computer to work slowly.
