While updating from FBackup 4.8.278 to 4.8.284, I received error code 5, with the following file - VscSrv2008X64.exe
"Error
C:\Program Files (x86)\Softland\FBackup 4\VscSrv2008X64.exe
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied."
I have already done the following - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services - Volume Shadow Copy - set it to Automatic
Can you tell me why I am receiving this error? Thank you.
