I occasionally perform mirror backups to an alternative external hard drive and would therefore find Backup4all's option to uncheck “Use local catalogs” useful.
Does Backup4all gather existing backup information from Fbackup upon installation. If not, is it possible to manually edit and copy across such information post-installation in order to avoid having to rebuild backup jobs and perform full mirror backups?

Hi,
In Backup4all you can import the backup jobs from FBackup.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html

Thanks! Does it also import information held within the *fkc files; thereby negating the need to initially perform full mirror backups?

Thank you. Fbackup has proven to be a great product and I will be happy to purchase Backup4all to gain that additional feature.
