Why cant I get a full backup ?

I have been running a mirror back up to an external hard drive daily. When I go into the hard drive not all of my files / folders are there. In the “sources” tab of the general page all folders are checked however they are not coming across. How do I ensure I am getting a complete backup ? Cheers

Hi,
Please note there are some default filters for system files, temp files and so on.
FBackup was not designed for system backup, but for data files backup only.
