I have FBackup scheduled to run once a day. Do I need to launch have the software running (but minimized) at all times for it to work? Or will it self-launch?
I am asking because in Tools >> Options >> Startup: there is a box to check "Start at Windows startup" If I DO NOT check the box, will FBackup automatically start at the scheduled back-up time?
Will it start itself?

FBackup will start at its scheduled time, there is no need to have the application running in background.
