Is Fast mirror not working in v8.0.155?

My backups seem to take forever to complete, as in it's only 12% complete at 12 hours and 53 in with an estimated 99 hours to completion. I have a mirror backup with the the "Fast mirror" option set scheduled for once a day. There are a lot of files in the backup (around 100,00 files total...

Mirror Backup to network crashes the network connection

I have a mirror backup job which backs up files from my Windows 10 PC to network hard drives which are attached to my router, a NETGEAR R6300v2. I selected "C:/windows/system32/drivers" for backup, but it doesn't stick. After I click Save and then reopen the Properties > Sources screen, it is no longer selected. And when I run the backup, that folder does not get backed up.

I'm running the latest FBackup as of this date (just downloaded the one from this link to see if it would fix the issue I'm having, but it did not: http://www.fbackup.com/forum/topic/major-update-fbackup-46#post-3206) on a 64-bit Windows 7 desktop machine.

I'm trying to select "C:\windows...
