Since the 18th May the source for my backups now contain a BKC file which I have no idea why or what it does. - can anyone help?

Hi I am about to change my PC and have a question about my Back Ups. I store all my Back Ups on a NAS server so when I change my PC I intend to copy some, not all of the files from the NAS back to the new PC. If I then use FBackup to backup any changes I make on the new PC back to the NAS will I end...

I too am having problems with the latest upgrade. The scheduler does not actually carry out the tasks at the times allocated previously - this was never a problem with other versions of FB7 When I check the scheduler the times are correct but I cannot actually save any amendments as the program free...

It appears to have sorted itself - I think my virus scanner disrupted the scheduled task so I have changed when this will occur.

Recently the application is taking longer to start and seems to take longer to load any task after My Music job. I only back up My Music once a week but below that in running order are daily back up jobs that do not seem to then back up on schedule. Manual back ups work fine but for years I have had...

6.1.227 is not available?

No update is shown on options for update and when you visit the web page the link takes you to a download for 6.1.188 which is the version I already have?

FB Back up - Pipe server

When the tray icon shows the "pause" icon FB back up will not connect to the Back Up Service - the pipe error message keeps appearing.

The only way to resolve is to open Taskmaster, kill the tray icon and re-load.

Is there a solution?

I am using Build 137 and still have the same problem.
I would rather not have to delete and reinstate all the jobs but unless this is fixed I have no confidence that my files are being backed up.
The scheduler seems to indicate that the back up occurred as planned but the job catalog does not update?
