password protected full backup

i have tried every conceivable password ever used in my operation to restore the backup. NADA!
These files must be restored for audit purposes. Is there ANYTHING i can do to get them back restored so i can view the information
The file name is in the format 7_P.zip. Any suggestions???
Thanks

interface not displaying

I can run the program; see it loading everything. then it stores on the taskbar but I can't see what is happening or know when it is finished. I have confirmed it is running via Task Manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several time. I have tried both vers 6.1 build 137 and build 227

Login Id not remembered

When you login to this forum there is a check box asking that my Id (username) be "remembered". I check this each time but it never works to save my user name
