Thanks for the reply. I think my question is now moot, because apparently MS Explorer does not consider a folder modified unless files have been added or deleted. Modifying a file within a folder apparently does not qualify as modifying the folder, the way Explorer sees it. I got this information fr...

Drive Folder Modified date is wrong
After doing a mirror backup, the drive folder shows a modified date which is earlier than some files contained within that folder. How is that possible? Thanks.
