Does FBackup backup hidden files? System files?

I know it is not meant to be an image, but does it grab these files?

Also, how does it deal with files the current user doesn't have access to, like in the instance where more than 1 person uses a computer?

1. How do I ensure all data on the computer is backed up? Does the program back up every user folder?
2. Does it automatically backup hidden and system files?
