That is correct. You can also import the backup jobs from the backup destination, if needed.
But we recommend you to import the backup jobs and settings from the old version, then you can uninstall it.

Hi, Please download and install the latest version of FBackup 9.9.926 Then try to create a simple scheduled task in Control Panel->Task Scheduler. If your user account is allowed to create scheduled tasks in Control Panel (outside FBackup) then you should be able to create scheduled tasks in FBackup...

Windows has a problem with scheduled tasks configured to run when no user is logged on, if that user does not use a login password. Please set a login password and try again.

Hi,
I asked you to try creating a new scheduled task in Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler, outside FBackup, to see if your user account has enough permissions to create scheduled tasks.
If the old admin account is no longer active, the old scheduled tasks will not work.

1. Please download and install the latest version of FBackup 9.
2. If you still have the problem, please try to manually create a new simple scheduled task from Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Task Scheduler.
