Hi,
Please click on Windows Start button and type: regedit.exe
Open the Registry editor and search for "fbackup".
Delete all FBackup entries from the registry.
Then try again to install FBackup.

The files should be uploaded in the folder you indicate.
If that is not working, please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Hi, Is there any error message in the backup log? you can send us the log file to info[at]fbackup[dot]com Please note FBackup was not designed for system backups, but for data files backups only. You should exclude from the backup sources: NTUSER.DAT file and also Windows folder, Program Files folde...
