I happened to be a DCOM element that was not registered.<br /> The registration is probably not part of the installation of Windows 7 because the same error occured on my 32-bit as well as the 64-bit versions. And it somehow has been activated on my XP machines....

No, I cannot copy the file manually while Outlook is active. Error code 0x80070021.

Hi,


I've done as requested and advised by mail, but the file downloaded and installed is not build 195 but 194. Nevertheless I've tested this version, unfortunately without success. Please let me know were I can find build 195 that may solve my problem.
