Can' t Install Fbackup on Win8 New Install

Need support once I had disabled my AVG and firewall. Run fbsetup.com, click install now, run and a message appear: Failed to install. Please try again.
OS: Win8, clean install (no upgrade), firewall and anti-virus disabled. Thanks in advance for your support.
