Never mind. I installed .Net Framework 4 and was able to uninstall the partial installation and then reinstall.
Now for the fun stuff ...

I have issues installing FBackup on a fresh Win 2008R2 SP1 server. When I try to install, it tells me I need .Net and it essentially quits the install process (or appears to).
