Thanks for your answers... on this time i was checking the process, and i had the same result, i verified from task manager and the aplication was close but the .pst file doesn't backup correctly. and also, i checked if the aplication makes the backup again, but it doesn't run. there's another way t...

i have a weekly backup task, but when i check the result of the backup the .pst Outlook file doesn´t create correctly.. For example, if the real size is 1GB in the NAS the size is 0KB.
