Hello out there. Can I get help with this problem or has Fbackup become unusable on his computer?

I try to get Fbackup going on a computer illiterate friend's computer but unless I check it very regularly it quits backing up. Why do you think I used a plugin? As you can see I have turned all plugins off.

Does it create a problem to use the computer while FB is backing up? Up to now I have been backing up at night after I quit using the computer fearing using it would screw up the backup.
