Hi,

If no jobs are shown when you press Import from version 4, that means for some reasons it is not recognized.
You can manually open in FBackup 5 the .fkc catalog files from the backup destination.
That will convert the jobs to version 5 and the backup jobs will appear in FBackup 5.

Hi,

In Backup Properties->Mirror, please uncheck the "Create full paths" option.
Press Save and run again the backup.

Hi,

That is an informative message, it does not contain warnings or errors related to the backup execution.
It means your account used to backup doesn't have enough permissions.
In your case, if the backup is fine, those permissions were not required in order to access the files.

Hi,

Do you use an administrator account to schedule the backup?
Is there any user logged on at the scheduler time?
Is the computer locked during the scheduled backup execution?

Are you sure you selected the Mirror backup type?
Please send us the .fkc catalog file and also the last backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
