The bservice.exe process has to be on the exceptions list of your antivirus.
In fact, please put all the FBackup installation folder in the exceptions list.
Do you still have the problem?

Outlook backup is supported in FBackup.
To see what your problem is, I will need the .fkc (backup catalog) file and also the last backup log for that job.

To add the date in the name of the archive, please open Backup Properties->Type.
In the "Customize prefix of backup files" section, press "Insert tag" and select "Backup date"
