Hi, 1. Outlook Express is no longer supported in version 5 as Microsoft also uses another email client in Windows 8. 2. If you use the Full backup type, all files are backed up every time.
If you use the Mirror backup type, only new and modified files will be backed up.

You need administrative rights in order to install FBackup.
To create a new job for a specific user, you need to manually create the backup job for that user.

Hi,
FBackup was designed for data files backup only.
Just put the restored data files in the user folder of the current user account. You should be able to access them from there.
