Re: VSS not working properly

Hi, Backing up open files has the following limitations: It works - only on Windows XP or newer - only for users with administrator access rights to copy open files - only on local hard drives - only on NTFS formatted partitions - only if the VSS (Volume Shadow Service) is running and it is properly...

Re: Something wrong with the FBackup network?

Hi,

We don't such problems here while checking for updates. What version of FBackup do you use?
Did you checked the antivirus/firewall not to block FBackup.exe?

Hi,

In FBackup, there is a plugin called FBackup configurations.
Create a new backup job using that plugin to back up your FBackup configurations.

Re: Errors trying to install FBackup 360 yesterday and 370 today

Hi,

No other complain was received from other users.
Please make sure the problem is not on your side.
To do that, please try to download the full setup of FBackup and check the size of the downloaded setup.

Re: How to find "warnings"

Hi,

This is not possible at this moment. We consider that automatically searching for a keyword is faster than manually scrolling the log and look for a different text color notification.
