Hi,

FBackup was not designed for system backup nor for installed programs backup. It was designed for data files backup.

Hi,

Please open Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services and make sure the Volume Shadow Copy service is started and set to automatic.

Hi,

In order to back up open files, you must use an administrator account.
If you cannot use an administrator account, you must close Outlook during the backup.

If the installer does not work for you, please try to download the full setup from: www.fbackup.com/download/setup/fbsetup-full.exe
