Hi,

1. Do you use an administrator account?
2. Can you manually create a scheduled task from Control Panel->Task Scheduler?

Hi,

Do you mean the computer does not shutdown if FBackup is installed? in this case, please make sure the process bbackup.exe is not running. If it is running, that means there is a backup in progress.

If that is the C: drive, it means the temporary folder could be the problem. To find it, go to "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Softland"
