Hi,

As I cannot see a log file, I cannot tell what caused the problem (if it was FBackup or the destination drive). As the problem exists, you can try to repair the zip using a zip repair tool and try again to manually extract the files.

Hi,

If the message to wait while Windows configures the application is shown, that means the application was not correctly installed.
Did you install FBackup using the .exe or the .msi setup file?
Were you logged as admin when you installed it?

Hi,

That plugin is not on the website because it is installed with FBackup.
Please open FBackup, create a new backup job and on the second page of the wizard, select "FBackup configurations" from the dropdown list.
Can you find it there?

Hi,

We will increase the size of the log folder. I think the problem is related as there could have been a larger log which is now already deleted.
