I have the same problem with Win 7 Pro 32 bit. I had my antimalware program (IOBits AMW) give me a warning about the program at about the 50% installed point. Do you have FBackup set to start at Windows startup? If yes, please disable that option from File->Options->Startup.

The log folder is limited at 20 MB at this moment, we will increase the size in the next release.
