Hi,

Please make sure the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup" option is selected.
Also note that the files are removed from destination after the backup is executed. Make sure there is at least one file or folder to be backed up in order for the backup to run.

Hi,

Do you have Windows in another language than English? We found a problem on installation for other languages than English. We will fix that problem in few days.

Hi,

Please try the following:
1. Run the backup manually when you are in front of the computer. Do you have the same problem?
2. If it still fails, please create a new backup job for only few files. Does it happen the same?
