Hi,
If the last backup ran, there should be a log in View->Job Logs->Last backup log.
If it didn't run, you should create a scheduled task as you did for the other applications in order to run FBackup.
Use the parameters from a task scheduler created from FBackup.

Re: mirror backup can't be viewed-inside with Windows Explorer?
Hi, The .fkc file is the backup catalog file. It only contains information about the files in backup. That actual backup you want to browse, is near the .fkc catalog file. If you used the Full backup type, the resulting file is a zip archive. If you used the Mirror backup type the resulting files ar...

Hi,
This is how FBackup is designed to work: it will keep only the latest backup version.
If you want to keep in destination multiple backup versions, please consider our commercial application: Backup4all (http://www.backup4all.com)

Hi,
Please restore the backup to another location, then compare the source files and the restored files using a comparison application (as Beyond compare) to see where is the difference.

Re: No .fkc in Destination Folder | Update behind Proxy
Hi, If the backup was successful, FBackup will copy the .fkc catalog file in destination, near the backup. If that file is missing, it seems there was a problem which cannot be solved by just copying the catalog. For updates, FBackup uses the settings from Internet Explorer. Please make sure it is c...

Re: Out of memory?
Hi,
The only way to avoid that is using Backup4all (our commercial version).
In Backup4all, please open Backup Properties->Advanced.
Uncheck the "Store temporary catalog data in memory" option.
Press Save and run again the backup.

Hi,
You cannot backup source files from network shares in FBackup. That feature is available only in our commercial edition: Backup4all (http://www.backup4all.com).

Re: How long should 'update catalog' option run for?
Hi,
I need to see the last backup log to find what the problem is.
How large is the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination?

Re: Add a new folder
Hi,
If you create a backup using a plugin (as My Documents or My Pictures), you cannot add more files to that job. You have to create a new backup job for the other folders you want to backup.
If you open Backup Properties->Sources, do you see that folder containing the diary?
