The option to remain logged on works fine here. Please try again using another Internet browser. Do you still have the problem?
What happens if you restart the browser after 1 minute? Are you still logged on?

Hi,
After how much time are you trying to log in again?
Please log in on the forum, close the browser and try again to log it right after that. Is the username and password recognized?
Is your browser set to delete cache on exit?

Hi,
You can run the backup even there is no user logged on. In Backup Properties->Scheduler->Add, please use the With Windows Scheduler option.
Press the Set password and type your Windows login password for that account.
