Hi,
The new files/folders are added automatically in your sources list only if the parent folder was added as a source for the backup.

The fact that you unchecked some subfolders does not change the main parent folder.

No, the old logs are not deleted after each backup.

Send me the log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com when the problem appears again.

Hi,
There is no need to back up temporary internet files as they will be deleted every few days.
Do you have this problem on the same file every time?

Hi,
There is no need for two partitions but if you want, you can do that to better organize the backups.

Hi,
Each user will have his own jobs. You can define backup jobs to back up only your user files.

The source and target must be different, otherwise that is not a safe backup.
