Hi,
Please open Task Scheduler from Control Panel and make sure there aren't two schedulers for that job.

Did you create the job with the same name? if yes, try to use a different name.

Hi,
Are they recognized as removable drives or as external drives?

Can you copy files to that external/removable drive using Windows Explorer?

Hi,
There isn't a portable edition of FBackup. We only have a Portable edition of Backup4all.

Hi,
After you created the scheduled task, please go to Control Panel->Task Scheduler

Edit the task you just created and select the "Run task as soon as possible" option from the "Settings" tab.

Hi,
Yes, you can run it that way.

Please open Backup Properties->Scheduler->Edit->Properties.

In the "Execute" section, select "Command line application" and "Hide window" options.

Press Save.
